You don't need a GP referral or a Mental Health Care Plan to work with me at Pawsitive Directions. You can book directly at a time that suits you.
Sessions are privately funded, which keeps things simple, flexible and in your hands. Medicare and NDIS rebates are not available.
I work with women aged 21 and over. If you'd like to chat first, a free 15-minute call is available, but it's completely optional.

All first sessions are held on Zoom. From there, we choose together which format suits you best.
You can receive full counselling support from wherever you are across Victoria and Australia, whether that’s at home, in your garden, or wherever feels comfortable. Your animals are welcome too.
For clients in or near the Mickleham (Merrifield) and Narre Warren areas (within 20 minutes), I offer home-based sessions where I come to you. We work together in your own space, with your own animals.
I have a home-based office in Merrifield (Mickleham), where I offer weekend sessions alongside my cat, birds and fish.
For many women, sitting still in a room and talking about hard things is the most difficult version of therapy imaginable. These sessions were made for you.
Animals and nature are at the heart of how I work. Sessions may include time outdoors, observing animals, or simply being present with an animal companion.
Research suggests that nature connection can reduce stress and anxiety, and help the nervous system to feel safe and regulated.
For many clients it becomes one of the most quietly powerful parts of their work.
